Located at one of Lafayette’s busiest intersections, Grande Marché is in a prime retail location geographically. The center is in the planning stages to undergo a massive renovation, with the demolition of roughly 105,000 SF to be reconstructed in a more convenient and tenant friendly configuration.

The City of Lafayette has recently completed construction of a continuous flow intersection at Johnston Street and Camellia Boulevard aimed to mitigate the heavy congestion at this intersection.
